Our Dallas, TX client is seeking an Inside Sales Support/Customer Service Representative on a direct hire basis.
Responsibilities include:

Order processing, and follow-up from receipt of order until payment is received
-
Customer service
-
Inventory control
-
Phone contact
-
Respond to customer inquiries for stock availability, order status, etc.

Direct customer to technical support or appropriate staff as necessary
-
Check orders before shipment
-
Weekly Customer Open Order Reports, expedite, status & lead-time reports
-
Maintain files, customer information, sales and product information
-
Data entry
-
Purchasing
-
Some collections
Requirements:
-
Minimum 1 year in Electronics industry experience preferred
-
Knowledge of manufacturer’s rep organization and distribution a must
-
Accuracy a must
-
Detail oriented
-
Excellent verbal and written skills as well as math skills
-
Excellent computer and MS Excel, Outlook and MS Word skills
-
Excellent written and verbal communications skills are a must
-
Excellent people skills
-
Quick learner
-
Pride in work
-
Bi-lingual a plus
-
Self-driven, able to work independently, but able to take direction as well

Proven exceptional customer service skills with diplomacy
-
Some college preferred, degree not mandatory
