Our Frisco, TX client is looking for an Inside Sales professional.  The selected candidate will have the following skill set:

Responsibilities:
As an inside sales professional, you will communicate effectively with prospective business customers to successfully qualify and drive leads through the sales pipeline. You will utilize your strong communication skills to both follow-up and proactively contact potential customers through a variety of sales channels including e-mail, inbound and outbound phone calls. Your ability to remain knowledgeable and up-to-date on changes and developments in e-commerce, the payments industry and the overall business environment are integral to your sales success. You must be proactive and outgoing in order to gain the trust and respect of the decision makers. You must posses the skills to build customer confidence in your ability to successfully solve their business needs with the right products and services in a prompt and professional manner.
Sales Representatives will market and sell payment processing services to businesses nation-wide. Leads are provided by business partners, minimal cold calling is required. This is an inside sales role; travel will not be required.
Use analytical skills to understand the customer, their business, and service issues and needs
Follow-up on sales leads and build relationships with potential customers using phone and internet communications.
Communicate with potential customers; explain complex financial service products over the phone
Efficiently manage time to focus on activities that grow revenue.
Resolve all inbound customer inquiries promptly with professionalism and accuracy, and follow through to completion.
Follow all policies and procedures to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Ability to meet and exceed all monitoring criteria and utilize feedback for further development.
Ability to meet all department objectives and metrics for call handling, close rate, and sales quota

Job Requirements:
Minimum of two (2) years experience in sales, customer service, public speaking or a training role.
High school diploma required, Associates degree preferred
Demonstrate a high level of professional interpersonal, organizational, oral and written communications skills.
Highly Motivated, with excellent communication skills, highly confident and goal oriented.
Proven ability to influence, persuade, and educate diverse groups of people at various levels of management.
Attention to detail to track all sales activity thru the creation of timely reports and CRM software.
Must have strong computer skills and proficiency in Excel and Word.
