Our Dallas , TX client is seeking a Direct Hire Inside Sales/Customer Service representative to handle inbound sales calls.

Duties:
Receive inbound calls from customers and prospects
Provide prompt follow up to all inbound leads
Lead by example while speaking with customers via telephone, identifying their requirements, consulting on their projects as a product expert, assisting them in finding the products they need, and processing orders to appropriate departments.
Requirements:
Previous experience using MAS 90
Strong computer skills
Prior experience in Customer Service and Inside Sales is required
Must be results oriented and have strong organizational skills
Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and have a strong team-player attitude
Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Must be ambitious and looking for a career opportunity
