Our Fort Worth, TX client has an immediate need for an Interim HR Manager.

Purpose:
The HR Manager is responsible for contributing to and translating the strategic Human Resource plan. In addition to supporting the HR team to attract, develop and retain talent, the HR Manager is also responsible for providing a responsive and professional day-to-day advice service, ensuring the business is legally compliant, whilst supporting sustainable growth by taking a leadership role in various HR projects and rollouts.

Key Responsibilities:
Take lead on the delivery of the HR Strategy to support the ongoing development and growth of the U.S. businesses
Drive programs through project work to attract, develop and retain employees
Challenge, support and coach the local business leadership team to achieve and exceed their commercial objectives through the successful management of people
Work with local leadership team to provide a proactive partnering service to address specific business issues in order to retain and create an engaged workforce, whilst ensuring all activity remains in line with the HR strategy
Lead on local employee relations issues such as disciplinarys, grievances, and capability to provide seamless solutions, taking into account cost and speed
Work with local management team to identify training requirements and develop a local training plan to ensure a highly skilled and motivated workforce is in place to enhance business performance
Ensure all employees are aware of and adhere to up to date HR policies, procedures and practices to maintain a harmonious workforce
Lead on change management practices within the organization to minimize employee dissatisfaction and resistance to change
Ensure all HR related administration, in addition to maintenance of the HR System and employee files are kept up to date at all times by the HR Team
Lead and performance manage the team to ensure all management activities are undertaken appropriately throughout the team
Participation in improvement activities at department/company level to enhance business performance
Comply with all relevant internal rules, policy and procedures, including those relating to Health and Safety, Data Protection and all those contained within the issued Employee Handbook and Policies and Procedures Manual
Undertake other duties and tasks that from time to time may be allocated that are appropriate to the job

Requirements:
5+ years of HR Management experience, experience working for an international company preferred
Some experience of operating with a multi-site focus
Experience writing & delivering training & development highly preferred
Excellent communication skills
Significant experience of employee relations
Some experience of project work
Good commercial outlook
Excellent employment law knowledge
Good knowledge of MS Office
Some hands-on experience of people management
Excellent time management skills
Good presentation skills
