Our Stafford, TX client is in need of a Market Response Manager for a contract to possible hire opportunity.

Summary:

Primary focus is pre-sales support and sales support process optimization for all sales channels.

Duties:

Responsible for managing all inbound inquiries from email marketing, Social Media, PPC, Organic Search, and other marketing generated responses.
First responder to an email inquiry or form-fill. Response time to an inquiry should be immediate or as soon as possible.
Send follow-up message to inquiries that are relevant to the prospect’s initial inquiry or any special requests they have for information.
Schedule appointments with prospect inquiries and assign to sales person’s calendars on a rotation basis.
Send Outlook calendar invite to prospect and sales person. The sales person’s personal conference bridge & access code should be provided for the meeting in the invite.
Follow “3-touch” follow-up system using email and phone to convert inquiries into appointments.
Enter results into Salesforce.com per the approved process.
Send 2nd touch, 3rd touch and take-a-way emails to prospects weekly.
Schedule appointments with prospects from targeted lead lists.

Follow-Up on Inactive Proposals:

Follow-up to re-qualify interest and timeframe with proposals that have been coded in system inactive, non-responsive or lost.
Set appointments with inactive proposals, service agreements, no shows/reschedules and assign to salesperson via outbound calls and email follow-up.
Achieve and maintain a lead conversion ratio of 40% or greater
Drive efficiencies and improvements through process and systems / tools enhancements to increase productivity of the team, from “quote to close”.
Document & Institute Market Response best practices to exceed corporate objectives.
Proactively communicate formally and informally with sales leadership on promotion updates, BDD problems with handling assigned opportunities, patterns evolving which could be detrimental to lead conversion rates.
Maintain current “Client Overview by Industry Keyword” form (a list of our clients and what they sell – related key words to their industry).
Tracking of prospect promotions and incentives being offered.
Provide support for RFPs for more complex sales.

Job Requirements:

Advanced verbal and written communications and interpersonal skills.
Must be highly organized and able to handle multiple projects/tasks to completion with limited supervision.
Excellent proven problem solving skills, resourceful and effective in making decisions with strong attention to details
Highly refined analytical and human relations skills.
Ability to assist sales reps with conference calls with potential clients to provide subject matter expertise to help close the deal.
Must be self-motivated with a good work ethic, and have demonstrated the discipline to work independently.
Excel spreadsheet, Salesforce.com skills highly preferred.
Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Previous inside sales or direct support of a sales team is required.
