Our Houston TX client is looking for a Sales/ Marketing Manager-Home Healthcare to join their team on a direct hire basis.

Summary:
The Sales/Marketing Liaison develops and implements Physician and Community presentations to promote the Home Therapy Program to physicians, hospitals, and pertinent facilities for this medical company.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Strategically promotes company Home Therapies to hospitals, physicians, nursing homes, etc.
Provides information and education to Physicians related to available Home Dialysis Therapies.
Increases community, hospital caseworkers and social workers awareness of Home Dialysis Therapies.
Provide CKD Education to physician practices as requested.
Fosters professional relationships outside the agency as evidenced by membership in professional organizations and/or community activities.
Development of Home Therapy Services on company Website.
Works with Director of Home Therapies to jointly develop relationships.
Identifies, develops and maintains other key referral sources in the medical community to their fullest potential.
Tracks referrals to ensure maximum conversion of referrals to admissions.
Works to increase direct consumer awareness of available home therapies through educational opportunities and community events.
Establishes ongoing communication with referral sources regarding the status of mutual patients.
Has a responsibility to participate in staff training and education programs to ensure knowledge of program.
Maintains contact information and status, and reports weekly progress to Director of Home Therapies.

Qualifications/ Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or communication,or equivalent work experience.Neurology experience and or a focus on Home Therapy is a plus.Must be competent in Microsoft Office products such as Excel, Outlook and Word.
Must have excellent verbal, written communication skills & presentation skills.
Must have a valid driver’s license, with available transportation and proof of current auto insurance.
