Frontline Source Group – temporary staffing and direct hire firm – is looking for 2 Medical Spa Front Desk for our client located in the Upper Kirby area of Houston, TX, for a contract to possible hire opportunity.
Our client, a leader in the medical spa industry, is looking for an expert in the following areas:
Guest Services, Administration and Front Desk Reception. Product and Service sales experience would be
ideal for this position. This client is committed to continued education, competitive pay,
a friendly and very professional work environment. This is a key position that allows upward mobility
into other spa positions. The person we are looking for will provide an excellent customer service
experience to guests as well as educate and assist guests with retail products. We are looking for a
strong work ethic and is conscientious of their appearance. Neat, professional, yet fresh appearance
is required. Position is Full-time.
Skill & Experience Requirements:
Experience: One year in the guest services, retail sales front desk reception
Excellent customer service, communication and organization skills
Product/service sales
Experience using a POS system
Answering multiple phone lines
Scheduling appointments
Guest check-in, check-out
Ability to perform basic computer skills
HS diploma or equivalent
