Our Brentwood, TN client is looking for a Residential Mortgage Loan Processor to join their growing mortgage lending team. Direct Hire!
The ideal candidate will have prior residential mortgage loan processing experience.
Responsibilities/Requirements:
Take loan from A to Z
Reviews loan packages for completeness and accuracy
Work with clients, loan office, and borrowers during loan process
Ensure timelines are met and deadlines met
Calculate and review income, assets, bank statements, and deal with compliance issues
Obtains supporting documentation for credit evaluation and subsequent processing and closing
Processes loan documents per investor and agency guidelines
Prepares reports relating to loan volume, rate comparisons and loan status
Prior experience with FHA, VA and Conventional, USDA and THDA Mortgage loans is preferred
Experience working with automated loan underwriting systems is preferred
Degree required (Finance, marketing, communcation, etc.)
2-5 years of experience preferred
Multi-tasking
Profecient on PC
Microsoft Office, Word, Outlook, Excel
Software: Encompass
