Our Dallas, TX client is seeking a .NET WEB DEVELOPER on a 3-6 month contract basis.
Position Summary:
This .NET WEB DEVELOPER job requires a thorough understanding of both Classic ASP and ASP.NET (3.5/4). Careful attention to detail is also required as you must determine what the Classic ASP code is meant to do and translate it into ASP.NET code. life cycle development to include: new development, design, testing etc. Using your creativity to develop, design requirements, implement a browser based UI for our new websites. Interface with other teams and departments to develop new and existing applications
Requirements:
Classic ASP, ASP.NET, C#, .Net Framework, SQL Server
Experienced programming in Classic ASP (2+ years)
Experienced programming in ASP.NET (3.5/4) (VS 2008) (3+years)
Experienced programming in SQL Server (2005/2008) (3+ years)
Kentico CMS for ASP.Net skills
Experienced web developer, familiar with all aspects of a B2B web development environment
Experience with cross-browser development
Knowledge of Web Architecture such as session, cache, cookies
DHTML, JavaScript (2+years
Preferences:
AJAX, CSS experience a plus
Direct Sales development experience a plus
Design skills in addition to technical skills
