Our Carrollton, TX client is seeking an Office Coordinator on a contract to possible hire basis.

Position Overview:
The office administrator provides support and clerical functions for the entire office. Duties include organization of company records, running reports and general administrative duties. The ideal candidate will possess self-management capabilities, planning skills, and problem solving expertise.

Responsibilities:
Enter, edit and pull various reports in Excel for President and VP
Assist several different departments including logistics and procurement
Greet all visitors and answer multi-line phone system in a professional manner
Compose and type standard correspondence
Handle and maintain sensitive and confidential information
Fax, photocopy and scan as requested
Other related duties as assigned

Requirements:
2+ years of administrative assistant experience
Manufacturing experience HUGE plus
Heavy Microsoft Excel experience required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task and strong attention to detail required
Knowledge of office administrative procedures and knowledge of use and operation of standard office equipment
