Our Hurst, TX client is seeking a contract to hire Office Manager to supervise 5 employees, handle incoming calls, basic administrative duties, and letter correspondence. This client prefers applicants that live in the HEB area with 5-10 years of experience as an Office Manager. Salary approximately $30,000 annually depending on experience.
Purpose:

The central purpose of the position is to provide professional and efficient as well as office management duties.
Responsibilities:
-
Compose correspondence, maintain calendars, and schedule appointments.

Work with and maintain confidential information.
-
Prepare routine and non-routine correspondence, memoranda, reports, & handouts for meetings.
-
Successfully complete daily work assignments as well as any special projects assigned.

Perform various office management tasks as well as bookkeeping in QuickBooks.
Requirements:
-
5+ years experience as an office manager is a MUST!
-
Proficient Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and QUICKBOOKS (Quickbooks experience is REQUIRED)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Superior time management and multi-tasking skills with demonstrated ability to successfully handle multiple projects/assignments.
