We are seeking a part-time Order Entry specialist for a Telecom company in Dallas, TX. Position will be 20-30 hours per week to start. Contract to possible hire.
Duties and Requirements:
The ideal candidate will be a former AT&T or Verizon Order Entry Specialist with detail knowledge of AT&T or Verizon process and procedures for provisioning low-speed and high-speed data services. Must have knowledge of LEC business practices, including the ability to interpret customer service records and feature codes (USOC).
Minimum Knowledge and Skills:
Minimum of 2 years in Telecom Provisioning and Project coordination
Excellent Organizational and multi-tasking skills
Detailed oriented
Strong written and verbal interpersonal communication skills
Self-motivated with ability to work independently and in a group environment
Willingness to learn and share knowledge
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel)
