Our San Antonio, TX client is seeking an Outside Sales Representative/Territory Manager with a driven, self-motivated personality to add to their team and grow brand recognition for their company. This is a work from home position, based in San Antonio.  Great opportunity for an entry level candidate looking to start their career with a great company.

Responsibilities:
To grow sales and brand recognition of company and our manufacturers in the following market segments:  Dealer, Chain, K-12 School, University System, Hospitality, Healthcare, Consultant, Restaurant, C-Store Chains, Military and Correctional.
As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for the promotion of a solutions based organization for the foodservice industry by representing and marketing our manufacturing partners.  Skill and trait requirements include, but are not limited to, ethics, time management, planning, self-motivation, desire to succeed, high level of communication (both passive and active), customer service and teamwork.
As a Territory Manager you will work to ensure the sales of our manufacturing partners’ products by working with school district directors, restaurant owners, dietary directors, and other end-users by working through consultants, dealers and installation partners.
The primary focus is to be on the Healthcare industry, Military installations, Cash & Carry Dealers at the individual store level, Food Dealers and minor segments as needed (Lodging, Country Clubs, small chains, etc.).  In the future, there potentially may be K-12 Child Nutrition account responsibility.
In addition to the defined territory responsibilities, you are asked to take an active role in the participation and teamwork associated with company’s overall growth in Texas & Oklahoma.  We are asking you to also provide a “voice” in both the day-to-day and long-term direction and performance of company.

Requirements & Qualifications:
Outside Sales experience
Ability to manage multiple projects and/or tasks simultaneously
Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, dependability and interpersonal skills
Strong time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel & Word
Willingness to work in a fast paced team environment
Past Foodservice experience not required, but beneficial
Some overnight travel is required, likely not to exceed 4 to 6 nights per month
