Our Birmingham, AL client is seeking a reliable Outside Service Representative to service automotive accounts for the metro area.
Tasks Include:
Servicing existing automotive dealer customers in a scheduled route
Servicing an account includes: collecting vehicle information and photographing pre-owned vehicles for marketing purposes.
Drop of marketing material and brochures at potential dealerships
Building relationships with local dealers from the ground up
The job also requires offering used car selling suggestions to our existing dealership customer base Training existing dealership customers on Internet-based technology application, and operating hand-held data collection device.
Employee will be responsible for building lasting relationships with customer base, and growing the company’s influence in trade area.
Requirements:
Candidate must have some understanding of the automotive industry
Be able to work unsupervised, have reliable transportation & an excellent driving record
Service Representatives will visit 3 to 6 customers daily and must effectively multi task, managing work schedules, and meeting customer visitation quotas.
Experience dropping off marketing material and building relationships
Attention to detail and go-getter attitude are a most

Benefits:
Uncapped target income is $40-$45K per year. Income is based on the number of vehicles an employee is able to collect per pay period. Also, if a representative is willing to leave sales materials with prospective dealer’s commissions up to 50% are paid for new accounts. All sales commissions are uncapped.
