Our West Houston, TX client is looking for a Part-time Administrative Assistant for a contract to possible hire opportunity.

Our financial services client is in need someone to work on Monday, Wednesday and Friday each week in their office. They have one location in Sugar Land, and one location close to the Memorial City Mall. This person will house out of the Memorial City location, but will need to be able to work at the other location as needed. This is a small company with a great leadership team.

Duties:
Assist in processing paperwork (training will be provided)
Help coordinate monthly client events (golf outing & birthday dessert gatherings)
Interact with clients via phone and in person
Responsible for mailing out information and RSVP’s for monthly events

Requirement:
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent communication skills
High attention to detail
1+ years of administrative experience
Desire to work a part-time schedule on a long term basis
Ability to work in either of the two locations
HS Diploma or higher
Experience with all of the Microsoft office products
High degree of integrity and confidentiality
