Our North Plano/ Allen, TX client is looking for an Entry Level Quality Control Professional to join their growing Photo Documentation team on a temporary to possible hire basis. This is a newly created position in a very successful and constantly growing company, looking to hire entry level professionals who are enthusiastic about jump starting their career! Pay is between $9.00-$10.00 an hour, with increase potential if brought on permanently.
Key areas of responsibility:
Collect photos from reps of jobs that have been completed.
Take the photos and place them into folders on a network drive, in order by job.
Place photos into Microsoft Word along with a description of the job that was performed.
Follow up with reps in regards to information requests and problems with a job in order to complete the work orders in a professional manner.
Organize and enter data into Microsoft Excel by creating and utilizing formulas.
Skills/Requirements:
Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Excellent interpersonal skills and good customer service skills.
Ability to work under deadline pressure and extra hours if needed.
Extremely detailed oriented with good organizational skills and ability to complete tasks on time.
Must have the ability to analyze and solve problems.
Implement and adapt to new processes to align with departmental and company changes.
