Our Dallas, TX client is looking for a Process Improvement Analyst:

This exempt position will be responsible for process analysis, evaluations, and implementation of process improvements. This individual will also facilitate business process modeling and research efforts for cross-functional groups to improve efficiency.

Responsibilities included but not limited:
Participate in business process group efforts to collect and analyze metrics.
Assist Management in the evaluation of periodic performance data to identify trends and opportunities to improve departments’ performance, efficiency, and solutions tailored to meet client needs.
Assist with various metrics and reporting initiatives including bi-weekly Projects Status Reporting.
Conduct interviews and perform analysis on all project requests to ensure they are in line with department and firm objectives.
Act as project manager (on some projects) in planning, developing, and coordinating activities to implement business plans (e.g. MetaStorm, Business Intake, Elite 3E, ChromeRiver, etc.).
Cultivate and maintain positive working relationships with all levels within the firm.
Act as liaison between Accounting and Conflicts/Records departments.
Perform special studies and analysis.
Develop quality assurance metrics.
Perform related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Strong skills in the Microsoft Office suite of applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.)
Data process modeling, knowledge of competition, industry happenings and knowledge of the firm is positioning itself is a plus.
Ability to collaborate with all levels within the firm.
Exhibits strong political acumen.
Ability to accept accountability for performance measure in accordance with goal.
Ability to work independently.
Strong project management, planning and organization skill are essential.
Working knowledge of general database concept
Proven experience working in a complex technology/systems environment.
Strong problem solving and analysis skills are essential.
Strong communication, facilitation and negotiation skills are important.

Specific Requirements:
The Business Process Analyst should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with an emphasis in Business or Information Systems with a minimum of 3+ years experience with business operations or systems development, or the equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience is required in the areas of business process review, improvement, re-engineering concepts and practices. Will perform work after normal business hours and on weekends. Some travel required.
