Our Plano, TX client is looking for a Production Control Coordinator for 2nd shift, 2:30-11pm. This position is responsible for managing production workflow, monitoring job schedules, deploying incoming jobs into production, providing quality assurance and inventory management. This is a direct hire opportunity.
Responsibilities:
Coordinates and expedites flow of materials for printing and finishing
Updates scheduling
Logs all jobs into Time Tracker
Logs out all jobs after they have completed from each production department
Monitors production throughout shifts
Helps to insure all jobs are out by scheduled due dates.
Requirements:
Requires great organizational and people skills
Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent printing work experience
Must be computer literate and able to work with various file structures (PDFs, proficient in MS Excel reports, managing data)
Able to work 2nd shift (2:30pm to 11pm) and extended work hours (overtime Aug. to Jan.).
