Our Little Rock AR client is looking for a Project Manager/Superintendent to join their team.
Job Summary:
Our client is a concrete/drywall/landscape & Irrigation contractor looking for a temp to hire Project manager or superintendent to manage an elevated concrete project we have starting in the next few weeks in Little Rock, Arkansas. The project should last 4 months, with the possibility of moving to new projects once this is completed.
Job Description:
It is an elevated concrete project including slab on grade concrete and podium decks with paving & flat work.
Job Requirements & Required Skills:
Project Management &/OR Superintendent experience in construction industry – Resume of projects would help.
Possess understanding of construction drawings & specifications with ability to read & interpret plans.
Possess understanding of elevated concrete processes & scheduling.
Subcontract and scope reviews.
Will be pushing the project forward by managing field crews and overseeing budget.
Will need to dedicate between 40-60 hours a week to the project.
Be on site by 7:30 each day M-F with possible Saturdays & Sundays.
Compiling daily field reports of work completed each day.
Scheduling internal trades to complete project ahead of schedule & under budget.
Attending weekly job site meetings with General Contractor.
Act as internal safety manager.
Serve as the day to day contact for the General Contractor.
Experience in Project Management/Superintendent in construction and concrete industry is a huge plus!
