Our Stafford TX client is in need of a Contract to Possible Hire Quality Assurance Specialist.
Job Description:
Will be responsible for listening to recorded sales calls and rate them based on predetermined objectives
Will write narrative to feedback and summarize calls
Will manage multiple calendars
Will have the opportunity to work virtually after contract portion of assignment is complete
Requirements:
Must be very process driven, and be ok repeating the same task repeatedly
Must have excellent writing skills and professional email etiquette
Familiarity with the sales process would be a huge plus (former sales assistant etc.)
Works well in a fast-paced environment and is very accurate
Meticulous and detail oriented
Highly organized, multi-tasker who is deadline driven
Proficient user of Microsoft Office Suite to include Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word); Windows 7
Ideal candidate will be success driven and able to work independently.
