Our Brentwood, TN healthcare client is looking for a Contract Recruiter-Healthcare to join their team for the next 3-6 months as they are planning for a huge hiring push.
Required experience:
Dive the Full-cycle recruitment process: working from sourcing and reviewing resumes, phone screening, arranging interviews, handling background checks, putting together offer letters, etc.
Comfort in recruiting on multiple levels. (Mostly non-exempt positions)
Ability to recruit for difficult positions.
Team player. Will work with the HR Business Partners to fill positions
Must have a strong network to pull healthcare candidates from (Linked-In, networking, etc.)
5 years + experience in recruiting (internal or external).
A great personality with ability to build rapport with candidates and clients.
Strong strategy and planning skills.
Healthcare recruitment is a REQUIREMENT (at least 3 years).
