Our Dallas, TX client is seeking a Regional Director to help the Operations Manager and National Sales Manager to develop a region of business for the company’s Texas division. A background in selling Supplemental Educational Services is required. This is a work from home, direct hire position.
Duties:
Site Acquisition- Work with Sales Manager to develop and implement a strategic plan to saturate the market to develop relationships and acquire sites to run company educational programs
Student Enrollment- Work with Sales Manager to develop and implement student enrollment initiatives at acquired sites.
Marketing- Work with Sales Manager to develop and implement school and parent marketing efforts on-going throughout the year.
Staffing-Recruit teachers and site coordinators to run all sites that are approved for hire by home office.
Training- Responsible for all staff training and development to ensure quality control on the delivery of student instruction and regional operations.
Communications- Responsible for effective communication and reporting with staff and home office through conference calls and written reports.
Requirements:
5-10 years previous Sales Experience
Supplemental educational services industry experience
Ability to organize day efficiently
Must be self-motivated and able to work from home office
Excellent communication skills
