Our client in Dallas, TX Is looking for a Regional Sales Manager . The selected candidate will have the following skill set:

Implement the strategies and plans necessary to achieve the targeted sales and profit results.
Establish and maintain important relationships with key accounts.
Conduct periodic product/market/customer analysis to provide the necessary guidance and direction to achieve maximum market share.
Participate in a variety of industry events, including trade shows, conferences, product seminars, etc.
Facilitate the development and maintenance of a relevant customer contact database.
Ensure proper implementation of marketing programs, product promotions, and new product launches. Facilitate the development and maintenance of a relevant customer contact database.

Requires five years of sales management experience and sales experience in electrical utility and industrial markets.

BSEE preferred.

50% travel required.

Candidate must reside in a location with reasonable access to a major airport
