Our Addison, TX client is seeking a Senior Division Order Analyst on a contract to hire basis. Competitive salary and excellent benefits offered once the candidate is hired directly.
Responsibilities:
Review title opinions, broker spreadsheets and acquisition data for the setup of division of interests and for circulation of division orders.
Calculate gross working and net revenue interest in order to setup revenue and billing division of interest for new wells, units and acquisition/merger properties.
Cure title requirements associated with title opinions or broker title
Review curative documents for ownership title maintenance
Responsible for review of unclaimed property for each analyst’s respective areas/fields of responsibility.
Requirements:
5+ years of recent Division Order Analyst experience in the oil and gas industry, with extensive experience in the Mid-Continent region required
Bachelors degree preferred
Ability to make distinction between a tract interest vs. unit interest and net revenue vs. gross working interest required
Good communication skills: Must be able to communicate well with attorneys, landmen and brokers and with royalty & working interest owners and/or their representatives in solving title disputes and heir ship matters
