Our Plano, TX client is looking for a Sr. Business Operation Manager (Sr. Print Project Manager) on a direct hire basis.
Required experience in the healthcare industry and amiliarity with implementing and developing jobs. This person will lead a team of Business Operation Managers. The ideal candidate must understand member documents for healthcare and printing related services.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients to manufacture a final printed product from client specifications
Decipher and write a business plan necessary to fulfill the requirements of the client
Develop business and implement jobs through programming to manufacturing Write specifications to guide programmers and client’s team, as well as drives the manufacturing process of the product
Requirements:
Must have an understanding of workflow and some database knowledge to run functional specs and write programming instructions
Must have a background in project management within the printing environment, heavy on the digital printing side
Must have worked in the healthcare industry for at least 5 years and understand health plans
Must be willing to travel to clients
Must understand all aspects of mail and fulfillment once product is made
Must have experience implementing and developing jobs
Must have lead a team of Business Operation Manager (Print Project Manager)
Excellent communication and customer services skills and the ability to document and communicate detailed instructions
Knowledge of all production processes
Ability to work in an ever-changing fast paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Self-motivated and organized individual seeking to grow with one of the industry’s leaders
Must be able to spend 3 months training in California (every two weeks could fly home to Texas) at the start of employment
Proficient in Excel
Bachelor’s degree required
