Our Houston, TX client, located in the Memorial area is in need a Temporary Bilingual Customer Service Representative.
Duties:
Answer heavy call volume
Respond to heavy email volume
Work in Microsoft Word and Outlook
Will work heavily in Internet explorer
Provide EXCELLENT customer service
Requirements:
Bilingual (Eng/Span) required
College degree preferred, but must have some college
MUST be computer and internet savvy
Must have great communication skills; both in writing and verbal
