Our client in Plano, TX is looking for a Customer Service Representative for a three week temporary assignment starting December 2nd.  The selected candidate will have the following skill set:

 

Position Description:
Customer service for online and telephone ordering for a dessert company
In-bound customer calls between 20 and 50 a day
Take, troubleshoot orders and provide excellent customer service
Utilize excel template to copy and paste order information into the document

 

The chosen candidate will be extremely reliable and have the ability to have control of a number of tasks/situations at one time

 

Position Requirements:
HS Diploma or GED equivalent required
1+ years experience in customer service required
Ability to efficiently and accurately input customer orders for accuracy in the order template
Excellent communication and positive attitude
