Our client in Houston, TX is seeking a 401K Manager on a Direct Hire basis.

Your role with the company:
The 401K Manager is responsible for the administration of 401K plans across multiple employers, engaging with participants to guide them in enrollment process, eligibility criteria, and maintaining compliance in all areas. This position allows you the opportunity to not only continue to drive current processes but flex your creative muscles and create greater efficiencies.
Background profile:
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field is highly preferred
Will consider equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in a similar role
Exposure to PEO is a big plus
Relocation within the United States may be a consideration
