Requirements
- Four year degree in accounting or finance preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction industry
- Working knowledge of PC software and hardware, including the Internet and Microsoft Office applications – MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Outlook.
- Master builder software experience a must
- Excellent interpersonal, communications and organizational skills
- Able to manage own time without direct daily supervision.
Responsibilities
- Conduct payroll obligations
- Demonstrate effective problem solving skills
- Prepare accounts payable reports and maintain accounts payable records according to department policies and procedure
- Other duties as assigned.
- Maintain effective communication with customers, co-workers, vendors, and the management team
