Our Dallas, TX client is looking to hire an Administrative/Work Order Scheduler. This direct hire position will be handling work orders for wastewater utilities as first priority.

Duties:
Receive work orders (additional meter readings, line breaks, leak reports, etc) from the customer service personnel out of state.
Work closely with contacts and build relationships to get the work done
Ability to prioritize each work order
Track completion of the work orders in progress
Ability to communication the sense of urgency

Additional duties will involve:
Administrative duties
A/P duties

Requirements:
1-2 years of administrative experience
Experience with work orders and scheduling
Accounts Payable (a plus)
Computer literate

All candidates should display:
Sense of urgency
Ability to prioritize and schedule
Time management skills
Phone etiquette
Ability to learn software
