Our Dallas, TX client (near Love Field) is seeking a Part-Time Administrative Assistant for the CEO. (20-25 hours per week)

Duties:
Prepare and process expense reports.
Work with and maintain confidential information.
Maintain personal/business calendar.
Arrange and organize meetings.
Coordinate travel arrangements.
Screen incoming calls and take appropriate action.
Perform various administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
High school diploma required
3+ years of experience in a similar role
Must have intermediate skills with Quicken, Word, and Power Point& Excel.
Quickbooks is a plus.
Must have strong organization skills.
Fast learner and self starter.
