Our Wylie, TX client is seeking a professional Administrative Assistant to handle incoming calls, basic administrative duties, and some client correspondence.

Duties:

Answer phones and forward messages to appropriate person

Handle incoming mail and outgoing FedEx

Utilize Outlook and MS Office Suite

Assist clients

Schedule meetings

Keep office neat and tidy

Assist with background checks and research

Other duties as required

Requirements:

2 years in an office environment as an Administrative Assistant

Previous legal, HR, or insurance experience is a plus

Proficient with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Must be able to multitask

Maintain a professional demeanor with clients

Self-motivated and resourceful

Personality Dynamics: cheerful, smiles often, content with idle time, focused, professional demeanor, dependable, prompt, and punctual

Experience utilizing social networking sites

Monday-Friday, 8-5 (some weeks will require 7-4 or 9-6)
