Our client in Dallas, TX is looking for an A/R Coordinator Reporting Specialist for a direct hire opportunity. The selected candidate will have the following skill set:

POSITION DESCRIPTION AND REQUIREMENTS:
1 or more years experience in a Project Coordinator role
HS diploma or GED equivalent required
This person needs to be high energy and flexible
They must have QuickBooks experience
Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and be a team player
This person will be responsible for invoicing customers on a daily basis in QuickBooks, creating vendor PO’s, setting up jobs and estimates in QuickBooks as well as reconciling client’s weekly A/R balance to our customer aging report
This person should have great time management and organizational skills as well as great Microsoft Excel knowledge
Microsoft Access skills preferred
They must be willing to learn new processes quickly and document their jobs, review their work for accuracy and plan to perform data entry
