Our Irving, TX client is currently looking for a contract to possible hire Assistant Project Manager.

The primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Reconcile work orders daily
Enter data into Excel spreadsheets
Schedule suppliers for service work via email and phone
Organize office operations and procedures
Follow up with suppliers for work orders and invoices
Scanning, filing and other light office work
Perform other related duties as required

Skills / Requirements
Minimum of 2 years experience as an Assistant Project Manager, electrical construction industry experience preferred.
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
Must be proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, specifically, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Demonstrate attention to detail and ability to multi-task
Must be motivated, proactive, customer service oriented and have the ability to work towards the common goal of the team
Must be able to handle multiple tasks, complexity, and diversity of customers
