Our Dallas, TX client is seeking a Benefits Manager.
The Benefits Manager will serve as a resource for employee and local human resources personnel for all benefit programs for the corporate office.The role interacts regularly with HR Managers at the various plant locations. The Manager serves in a fiduciary capacity as a Plan Administrator. The span of responsibility includes plan design, vendor management, open enrollment, compliance, reconciliation and reports, system management, communications, counsel to the Benefits Committee, and assistance to employees.
Preferred experience includes retail, manufacturing, or other environment with a large work force located at multiple sites.
Candidates should be managers, not administrators, with 3-5 years of experience in a Benefits Manager role.
