Frontline Source Group – temporary staffing and direct hire firm – is looking for a Benefits Manager for our client in The Woodlands, TX on a direct hire basis.

Your role with the company:
The Benefits Manager is primarily responsible for the administration of the company benefits, managing Open Enrollment process, and analysis, reconciliation of benefit invoices, annual 5500 filings, and other projects as required.
Background profile:
Bachelors degree is required
Minimum 5 years of experience with benefit plans
Exposure to NDT Testing and 5500 filings preferred
Intermediate to Advanced MS Excel skills
Excellent communication and analytical skills
Ability to handle multiple priorities and work independently, yet function as a strong team member
Some periodic travel
