Our Dallas, TX client is looking for a temp to possible hire Bilingual Receptionist on an immediate basis.
Position Overview:
This opportunity requires excellent telephone etiquette and a strong organizational skill set while performing reception work, filing, data entry, and customer service. Must be a self-starter, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
Greet and accomodate all visitors
Answer multiline phone system
Data Entry and light filing when needed
Ability to represent the company as a first impression of client relations
Prepare conference rooms for meetings
Additional administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
2+ years of experience working in a Receptionist role with stable work history
Construction experience HUGE plus
A working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Bilingual is ideal but not required
Must have professional appearance and very professional tone on phone
Computer and database literate
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate efficiently with management
Detail oriented, well organized, strong initiative, with high energy
Team player
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure
Must be personable, patient, well mannered, approachable, even tempered, thick skinned, and have a great work ethic
