Our client in Arlington, TX Is looking for a Bilingual Service Specialist:
Residential Service Specialist:
Bilingual required
Any shift between 7:30 am – 10:30 pm; 2 Saturdays/month 9:00 am – 2:00 pm
Most will work 10:30 am – 7:30 pm
Other remote options are 7:30 am – 4:30 pm and 9:00 am – 6:00 pm
Employees may share preference but will not be able to choose
$12/hour + commission + bonus and prize potential
Education/Experience Requirements:
High School Diploma / Some college preferred
1+ years Call Center experience required
Bilingual in English/Spanish
Willingness to work any shift between 7:30 a.m. – 7:30 p.m. Monday-Friday and 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. Saturdays
Intermediate level MS Word and Excel
EXCELLENT written and verbal communication skills
Solid customer service skills-with both internal and external customers
Ability to adapt to change quickly and willingly
Responsibilities:
Handling all incoming /outgoing customer calls as it pertains to enrollments, billing, payments and general electric service needs and concerns
Proactively identify customer service needs and meet accordingly to provide permanent solutions
Provide a positive and professional phone interaction on every call
Exercise acute business acumen, balancing customer service skills with all Texas Power internal goals
Exude infinite customer service to both internal and external customers
Foster a team spirit through trust, respect and courtesy
Adhere to attendance expectations, quality control procedures, company policies and ethical standards as set forth by leadership team
Remain flexible to changes, recognizing the importance of open-mindedness in a dynamic industry
Ability to quickly determine priorities and realign them as necessary
Ability to work against deadlines
