Our Nashville, TN client is looking for a senior level Client Engagement Manager to join their business development team on a direct hire basis.
Responsibilities:
Developing and retaining profitable new business opportunities.
Will work in parternship with Business Development team and Channel Partners to produce profitable revenue growth.
Increase net promoters by committing to a more proactive process for achieving emotional satisfaction and loyalty.
Communicate new potential sales opportunity to the VPCD.
Apply client-focused interview skills, define the request, and design, develop, implement and measure solution.
Plan and schedule all milestone events.
Assist in estimating projects.
Play a vital role in reducing risk.
Build and launch faciliator communication plan.
Coach client facilitators.
Negotiate and maintain long-term contracts.
Develop case studies.
Proactively support and provide feedback to marketing, sales, and solution services.
Ideal Candidate:
Experience in: performance consulting, project management, client partnerships, change management, and/or facilitation and measurement.
Knowledge of Consultative Engagement Process.
History of interacting effectively with multiple-levels in an organization.
Broad business background-processes and performance.
Client-focused mindset.
Experience in establishing and sustaining long-term, collaborative partnerships with clients.
Ability to motivate!
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
