Our client in Dallas, TX Is looking for a Client Services Specialist:

Job Purpose:
Manages and Supports Fulfillment operations for new and existing client relationships and ensures the client’s success with SPEED’s Operations solutions.

Position Summary:
The Client Service Specialist manages the operational activities for smaller clients and also supports the Client Service Manager in the management of larger accounts.   Their primary responsibility is to ensure that all orders flow smoothly through the Order Life Cycle in a fast-paced, highly-responsive work environment.  They are responsible for helping to set expectations, to proactively manage the account and to communicate status updates with our clients. 

Roles & Responsibilities:
Proactively manages the account and acts as an extension of the Client’s team from an operational perspective.
Liaises with Customer Service Specialists/Managers, Web E-Commerce Account Specialists/Managers (where applicable), Fulfillment, and Customer Service to create a unified customer experience.
Partners with the client to drive overall team and success and deliver on performance goals
Responsible for ensuring that orders flow successfully through all stages of the system:
Run and monitor daily reports  – On the Dock and Open Picks
On the Dock Checks  – monitors the status of items in receiving
Bin Checks – take pictures, resolve wrong color, mislabel issues, etc.
Manages Open picks – find out what’s wrong with orders on hold and find a solution to get pending orders out.
Sets up PO’s and item numbers
Resolves PO issue resulting from wrong barcodes, invalid sku’s, etc.
Mails gift and party flyers
Monitors contract adherence  and overall performance
Works to define and improve processes
Maintains quality objectives complementary to corporate polices and goals

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Strong understanding of operational processes
Highly pro-active
Ability to multi-task and adapt to a fast-paced, flexible environment
Detail oriented
Excellent organization and follow-up skills
Excellent  interpersonal and communication skills, both verbally and in writing
Ability to work independently
Excellent problem solving skills

Education/Special Designation or Licensure:
High School Diploma or related field, or equivalent work experience

Experience:
3 to 5 years related work experience
Operational experience preferred
Client Service experience preferred
