Our Katy, TX client, has an immediate need for 2 Contract Compensation Analysts.

PRIMARY DUTIES:
Review and evaluate company job descriptions for grading, including job analysis of job description rewrites and new job descriptions.
Responsible for review, evaluation, preparation, and maintenance of all exempt and non-exempt job descriptions.
Participate in job description evaluations as member of Corporate Compensation team.
Responsible for verifying that promotion and equity increases are within established guidelines and that appropriate approvals are obtained.

SKILLS:
Strong working knowledge of PC’s and software including Microsoft Windows, proficiency in advanced Excel, Access and PeopleSoft.
Excellent analytical skills.
Ability to work with highly confidential information with absolute discretion.
Excellent project management skills to initiate, coordinate, and deliver on numerous projects and activities.
Ability to handle a high volume of work while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Excellent judgment and strong organizational skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to communicate with all levels of personnel.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Prior experience as HR generalist preferred.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Human Resources or related field.
-3 – 5 years related experience.
-PHR certification preferred.
