Our Ft Worth, TX client is in search of a Corporate Recruiter for a long term contract position. The position would primarily focus on recruiting for both direct and contract to hire positions in the Research and Development area. Prior experience sourcing/recruiting for engineers and bio and pharma tech positions is required. The ideal candidate will need to have a technical background, hard worker with a balance of independence and inquisition, positive attitude, organization, professionalism and a drive for results.
Minimum Experience Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (preferred) and five+ years of proven corporate employment recruiting experience or equivalent
Exceptional communication skills
Proficiency with personal computers as well as pertinent software packages (Microsoft Office Suite, Applicant Tracking Systems)
Previous experience with advanced sourcing techniques including name generation, resume mining, identification candidate development and competitive intelligence
