Our Dallas, TX client is seeking a Cost Accountant.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for gathering and analyzing cost data
Prepares daily/weekly/monthly operational reports
Participates in the monthly inventory and closing processes
Maintains the integrity of the cost systems and all related balance sheet accounts
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Accounting and/or applicable experience
Minimum of three years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong computer skills with an emphasis on Excel
Proficiency with JD Edwards, Great Plains or related system preferred
