Our Irving, TX client is seeking a CRM Sales Administrator on an immediate basis.  This is a contract position.

The CRM / Sales Administrator is responsible for managing the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system on a day-to-day basis.  Performs sales analytics, builds reports based on business needs and provides insightful information to support the overall sales team. The ideal candidate will be process-oriented, pay close attention to details, and have analytical thinking skills. 

Essential Functions:
Ensure data is correct across Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities etc.
Identifying & correcting errors made by system users
Providing a central point of contact for all change requests & system alterations
Building custom reports, dashboards, smart lists, work flows and dialogs to support specific job functions
Ability to troubleshoot CRM software on the client level and know when to escalate to I/T.
Maintaining control of access rights, security setting, and user privileges
Importing and exporting of data as required to synchronize back-end systems
Work with I/T to manage project implementation and back-end integration
Provide system training and ensure key functionalities are understood.
Create and maintain reports, scorecards, presentations that enables management to monitor performance and drive strategic planning.
Assist sales, customer service, credit and collection, and billing on accounts that require purchase orders / work orders.
Coordinates with other company departments as needed
Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree, from an accredited university, is strongly preferred. Associates degree in a technical field of study, combined with relevant experience, will also be considered.
Employment Experience and Skills:
Experienced Microsoft CRM System Administrator
Demonstrated project discipline and experience. Must be organized, focused, and driven towards established deliverable dates.
Ability to effectively communicate on all levels in both verbally and written.
Must be able to adapt to an ever-changing environment. Consistently meets or exceeds current job responsibilities.
Ability to define goals, implements processes and maintain deadlines with minimal supervision.
Candidate must be proficient in CRM, Microsoft Excel (must have advanced skills), Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and HTML coding (preferred).
