Our Grapevine TX client is in need of a Dispatch Rep / Help Desk Support for their call center on a temporary to possible hire basis. Must be BILINGUAL.

Summary: The ideal candidate will be a team player, flexible and cooperative, and be willing to help in all areas. This position involves working with people in every aspect of our business. You must be able to work in fast paced environment.

Responsibilities:
Answer incoming telephone calls from field service technicians for check in, check out and on site assistance.
Place outbound calls to field engineers for dispatch scheduling, confirmations and work status updates.
Daily monitor of technician on site dashboard, maintaining on time arrivals and work completion.
Must be able to multi-task, work quickly, efficiently with little direction.
Able to think outside the box, and be resourceful, customer service driven, with attention to detail.

Requirements:
Call Center experience; prefer dispatch, telco, service/repair.
2 years experience in a high volume call center.
Some college preferred.
Technical experience in IT, Networking, telecom, required.
Bi-lingual Spanish required.
