Our Houston, TX client has partnered with us to find Direct Sales Reps for a Direct Hire opportunity. This is a national company with an excellent company culture and reputation.  The pay is salary plus uncapped commission, excellent comprehensive health benefits as well as additional perks. The ideal candidate for this position is a self-motivated professional with an excellent work ethic and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities include:
Develop and maintain customer accounts for assigned territory
Communicates and develops rapport with customers
Make regular sales calls on current or prospective customers
Report market activities to appropriate Sales/Business Development Manager on a weekly basis
Develop a working knowledge of all company services
Meet and exceed sales goals as established by local market
Conduct oneself and maintain a professional appearance at all times
Other duties as directed by management
