Our Brentwood healthcare client is looking for a contract to possible hire Executive Assistant to join their fast-paced  team.

Position Responsabilites:
The job duties will require advanced administrative duties and support to members of an Executive Team. Will be responsible for maintaining sensitive files and records, review mail, email, voice mails and refer matters to appropriate parties for action. All work is of a confidential and complex nature, necessitating exposure to sensitive information and contacts requiring considerable discretion, judgment, tact and diplomacy. Requires ability to exercise independent judgment.
Maintains and coordinates schedules, calendars, and meeting requestsfor 3 Regional VPs.
Creates presentations and participates in special projects.
Handles, processes, and organizes confidential records and files.
Maintains supply levels and orders supplies and materials within thedepartment budget.
Composes correspondence, memos and letters.
Process expense reports and check requests.
Coordinate pre-consulting calls with hospitals and Project ManagementOffice (PMO).
Coordinate logistics of (3) Regional Conferences.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Ability to handle multiple, high-priority tasks efficiently and in atimely manner.
Experience in the healthcare industry is a PLUS
Ability to think and operate independently with minimal supervision
Ability to handle moderately complex assignments with direction butminimal supervision
Highly developed interpersonal, organization, written, verbal,presentation, coordination, and multi-tasking skills.
Ability to handle all situations with professionalism and a positive attitude and be able to effectively communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and demonstrated ability to keep stakeholders informed about project status and prioritization changes.
Ability to operate computer to access email, electronic calendars,and other basic office software.
Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite of applications (e.g.Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Willingness to become familiar with and use Lotus Notes, QIX and E4SE systems.
SalesForce experience preferred.
