Our Farmers Branch, TX client is seeking a contract to possible hire Executive Assistant to the CEO and COO.  This person will provide a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks for members of the Executive Management Team while working independently with little or no supervision. Duties may include heavy calendar management; assistance with board activities; administrative assistance with correspondence and communications. 

Requirements:
Provides administrative support in a variety of capacities including telephone coverage, calendar management, copier projects, mail handling, supplies control, processing of letters/correspondence, events/meeting planning, report generation, invoice/expense reporting, database management and assisting with completion of specially assigned projects
Reviews and summarizes miscellaneous reports and documents
Works with other administrative personnel to accomplish organizational goals
Prioritizes and manages multiple projects simultaneously
Handles sensitive material concerning the organization and the executive’s role within the organization
Demonstrates the ability to handle multiple tasks with little or no supervision
Maintains a high degree of confidentiality at all times due to access to sensitive information
Maintains regular, predictable, consistent attendance and is flexible to meet the needs of the department

Requirements:
High School Diploma or (GED) equivalent and 7-10 years of administrative experience required.
Prior experience supporting C -Level executives required.
High degree of proficiency with MS Office products including Word, Excel, Access, Power Point, and Outlook
Reads, analyzes and interprets general data
Writes reports, business correspondence, and presentations.
Flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills, project coordination experience and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff as well as outside clients and vendors.
Interfaces well with all departments within the company and represents the executive in a highly professional manner
Handles multiple tasks simultaneously with exceptional organizational skills while meeting designated deadlines
Communicates effectively and professionally with internal and external customers
Travel arrangements/management
