Our Fort Worth, TX client is looking for a part-time (25-30 hours per week), Executive Assistant/ Personal Assistant to serve as the “right-hand” to the owner. This position is contract to hire.

Duties:
Manage and book travel
Light bookkeeping
Maintain calendar by planning and scheduling conferences and meetings
Correspondence with and manage the files of high profile clients
Heavy filing, scanning and data entry
Other related duties as assigned

Requirements:
5-10 years of administrative experience required, experience directly supporting the owner of a small business ideal
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience in banking/investment industry a plus
Extremely detail oriented
Very strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to adjust and be flexible with the frequent change of pace of the business
Polished and professional with a friendly and outgoing personality
