Our Austin, TX client is seeking a Desktop Support/Help Desk candidate on a three to four month contract with the possibility to be hired.
Help Desk Support Duties include, but are not limited to:
Research questions using available information resources
Advise user on appropriate action
Follow standard help desk procedures
Administer help desk software
Log all help desk interactions
Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
Help Desk Support Job Qualifications:
2 to 3 years of help desk experience
Experience in Sequel (a plus)
Good Communication Skills
